There are two ways to open Registry Editor in Windows 10: In the search box on the taskbar, type regedit, then select Registry Editor (Desktop app) from the results.

Note: If you don't see the option to Restore preinstalled apps, it means your PC doesn't have preinstalled apps configured. You can right-click the contact group and select Delete from the menu or click the group, then select Delete from the Ribbon.. Contacts are not deleted, only the contact list.

How to enable TPM. If you need to enable TPM, these settings are managed via the UEFI BIOS (PC firmware) and vary based on your device. You can access these settings by choosing: Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Restart now. From the next screen, choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart to make the changes.
