Import a text file by opening it in Excel. You can open a text file that you created in another program as an Excel workbook by using the Open command. Opening a text file in Excel does not change the format of the file — you can see this in the Excel title bar, where the name of the file retains the text file name extension (for example, .txt or .csv).

In quick settings: To find the quick setting for Bluetooth, select the Network, Sound, or Battery icons ( ) next to the time and date on the right side of your taskbar.Select Bluetooth to turn it on. If it's turned on without any Bluetooth devices connected, it might appear as Not connected . If you don't see Bluetooth in quick settings, you might need to add it.

Notes: If you don't see an option to Cancel, but instead see a link that says Turn on recurring billing, this means your subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and you won't be automatically charged after this date. Tip: In Windows 7, you can synchronize your computer clock with an Internet time server to keep the computer clock up to date.To do this, select the date or time in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, and then select Change date and time settings.Select the Internet Time tab, select Change settings, select Synchronize with an Internet time server, and then select Update now.

Is it available on my device? BitLocker encryption is available on supported devices running Windows 10 or 11 Pro, Enterprise, or Education. On supported devices running Windows 10 or newer BitLocker will automatically be turned on the first time you sign into a personal Microsoft account (such as @outlook.com or @hotmail.com) or your work or school account.

For Wi-Fi connection. Select Start > Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi and then select the Wi-Fi network you're connected to.

Note: If you are in tablet mode, desktop icons are not displayed.To see your desktop icons in tablet mode, go to Start > Settings > System > Tablet, then select Change additional tablet settings.Under When I'm using tablet mode, make sure that Hide app icons on the taskbar and Automatically hide the taskbar are both set to Off.

Notes: If you have existing lists of safe names and addresses, you can move that information into Outlook. Click Import from File and browse for the list file that you want. To create a file that uses your current list, click Export to File and then specify where you want the new file saved.. To change a name on the list, click the name that you want to change and then click Edit.
