Sign out of Teams. While it's a good idea to remain signed in to continue receiving chats, notifications, incoming calls, and other activities, sometimes you might want to sign out of Teams to use another account or for other reasons.

Turn on Find my device. When you set up a new device, you can decide whether to turn on or turn off the Find my device setting. Know your limits Many email service providers set limits for the number of names that can be included in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes in a message.
