The files on your OneDrive are private until you share them. Keep in mind that when you share folders with Edit permissions, people you share with can add the shared folders to their own OneDrive.. Keep your favorites here or drag them to wherever you want. You can also create, delete, or rename your favorites folders. To arrange favorites alphabetically, press and hold (or right-click) any item in the list.

To check for any security issues, go to Windows Defender settings, select Show details, and check your security status.
