If your PC is running slowly, the following suggestions might help speed things up. The tips are listed in order, so start with the first one, see if that helps, and then continue to the next one if it doesn’t.

In Windows 11, ensure that Camera access, Let apps access your camera, and the individual toggle for the Microsoft Store app you wish to use is turned on. If you do not see the app or website you're looking for in the list, it's likely a desktop app. Desktop apps cannot be individually toggled, but access for those apps can be controlled using Let desktop apps access your camera.

Note Configuration changes made on the Xbox Accessories app and saved to a profile get saved to the controller itself. This means that those configurations can be brought to any device the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 is compatible with, including mobile devices and newer Samsung TVs.

If you don't have a desktop PC and the slider doesn't appear or work, try updating the display driver. Select Search on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.In Device Manager, select Display adapters, then select the display adapter.Press and hold (or right-click) the display adapter name, then select Update driver and follow the instructions.

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select Device Manager from the menu.

If you're running Windows 8.1 or earlier, or if your PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11, consider moving to a new Windows 11 device. Find a PC that meets your needs. Set up your Microsoft account to transfer files and favorites. One account connects your device across Microsoft apps and services like Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Edge, and Microsoft Store.

To add another account to OneDrive on your computer. If you already have a personal OneDrive account set up, you can only add work or school accounts.
