Customize the Quick Access Toolbar - Microsoft Support
In the Quick Access Toolbar drop-down, select More Commands. In the left navigation bar, select Customize Ribbon. In the Customize the Ribbon column on the right, select the custom group. Select Rename. Select an icon. Select OK > OK. Note: To create a custom group of commands, refer to Customize the ribbon in Office.

I can't send or receive messages in Outlook - Microsoft Support
On the Outlook status bar, if you see Disconnected, Working Offline, or Trying to connect…, then Outlook can't reach the email server to send your mail.. To fix this problem, on the ribbon, select the Send/Receive tab, then, in the Preferences group, select Work Offline to toggle between offline mode and online mode.You may need to open the message and send it again or choose Send/Receive.

Teams Meeting add-in is missing in Outlook Desktop after updating to ...
Close Outlook. Close Teams from the System Tray by right clicking on the Teams icon in the System Tray and select Quit. Restart New Teams. This will force New Teams to reinstall the Teams Meeting Add-in which should fix the issue. When you see Teams Meeting Add-in in the list of installed apps again, restart Outlook and it should be working again.
