The Health report starts off by showing you the last time a Device Health scan was run. The time displayed should be basically the current time, as Windows Security tries to run a Device Health scan when you open the Device performance & health page.. Beyond the time of last scan you'll see the status of the key areas that Device Health monitors:

To increase security and performance, Windows 11 in S mode only runs apps from the Microsoft Store. Alternatively, you can install any website by going to the top corner of the browser and select Settings and more … > Apps > Install this site as an app. Once the application is installed, it will appear under edge://apps.

In the Windows emoji picker, you can either scroll through the list, use the category icons at the top or bottom of the emoji picker, or type a keyword to search for the emoji you want.
