Why some files won't open in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer uses add-ons such as Adobe Reader to view some files in the browser. If a file that needs an add-on won't open, you might have an older version of the add-on, which needs to be updated.

Preview the file upload question your responders will see. Select Preview to see how your question will appear to your form responders. The Upload file button will be active and ready for responders to interact with.. When responders successfully upload files, they'll see their files represented in their answer.
