Add names to a contact group (distribution list). Use a contact group (formerly called a “distribution list”) to send an email to multiple people—a project team, a committee, or even just a group of friends—without having to add each name each time you want to send them an email message.

Track and print results. When you create and send an email with voting buttons to others, you may want to track and print the results. You can either quickly copy the voting results into a blank Word document or a new email, or copy them into Excel so you can work with the data later.

Tip: Instead of inviting people to share a notebook, you can create a special link to the notebook that you can then copy and paste into an email, into a text message, or onto a webpage.On the Send Link pane, click Copy Link.Keep in mind, access to this link is controlled by the access set for sharing at the top of the Send Link pane.

There's no limit to how many times you can make changes to a sent message. Delete a sent message. If you need to backtrack and delete something you just sent, go to the message and select More options > Delete..
