To check for updates, select Start > Settings > Windows Update , then select Check for updates. If updates are available, you can choose to install them. Check for updates. In Bluetooth File Transfer, select Send files > choose the device you want to share to > Next. Select Browse > the file or files to share > Open > Next (which sends it) > Finish. Install Office 2007. Insert your Office 2007 CD into the drive. If the setup wizard doesn’t start automatically, navigate to the CD drive and click SETUP.EXE. When prompted, enter the product key. Office for the web programs are included in most Microsoft 365 plans. Click a document, or use the three-dot Open Menu in a library to open Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and PDF files in your browser. Outlook attachments and Lync Web App meeting notes also open in Office for the web.

The changes--which include the new name, colors, and icon--began rolling out on November 7, 2022. There is nothing you need to do, and the update is free.
