Install the S/MIME control. Get a certificate, sometimes referred to as a key or digital ID. The first step to use S/MIME is to obtain a certificate from your IT administrator or helpdesk.

Add guests to a group. When you add guests, also known as external users, to a group, you're granting them access to all information within the group.
