There's no limit to how many times you can make changes to a sent message. Delete a sent message. If you need to backtrack and delete something you just sent, go to the message and select More options > Delete.. A Desktop Alert is a notification that appears on your desktop when you receive a new email message, a meeting request, or a task request. By default, Desktop Alerts are turned on.

Track and print results. When you create and send an email with voting buttons to others, you may want to track and print the results. You can either quickly copy the voting results into a blank Word document or a new email, or copy them into Excel so you can work with the data later.
