Note To use many of the Xbox features within Game Bar, including Xbox Social features, you must have the Xbox app for Windows installed. To use Xbox Social features, sign in to Game Bar with your Microsoft account. Press the Windows logo key + G to open Game Bar, choose Settings > Accounts, select Sign in, and then follow the steps.

A key icon in the message list or reading pane indicates an encrypted message.. If you normally use Conversation view, you'll have to open the message in a new window to read it. There will be a link on the message to make this easier.

Voice typing. In Windows 11, dictation has been updated and renamed as voice typing. Like dictation, voice typing uses online speech recognition technologies to power its speech-to-text transcription service. You no longer need to turn on the Online Speech recognition setting to use voice typing.

To specifically identify and remove ONLY the duplicate items created by the incident, set DupGlobalObjectIDs=true and all other tests to false and save the calcheck.cfg file. Tip: To ensure all values except for the DupGlobalObjectIDs are set to false, use the Edit | Replace feature in Notepad to change them all from true to false.

Use email templates to send messages that include information that infrequently changes from message to message. Compose and save a message as a template, and then reuse it when you want it.

Insert a picture. To insert a picture in the body of your email message, place your cursor in the body of the email message, select the Insert menu, and then choose Pictures from the Illustrations group on the Ribbon.. If the picture looks too big (or too small), you can use the sizing handles on the picture to resize the image.

Notes: If you have existing lists of safe names and addresses, you can move that information into Outlook. Click Import from File and browse for the list file that you want. To create a file that uses your current list, click Export to File and then specify where you want the new file saved.. To change a name on the list, click the name that you want to change and then click Edit.

Download and install the My Apps Secure Sign-in Extension. Download and install the My Apps Secure Sign-in Extension, if you're prompted. This extension helps you use your desktop browser to use single sign-on with your organization's cloud apps.

5. You can add more tabs. To put apps and files in tabs at the top of a channel, select Add a tab next to a tab name. You'll see a list of things to add (favorite apps and files).
