Important: Workbook links are considered potentially unsafe and must be enabled when you open a formula workbook.When you open a formula workbook, click Enable Content in the Message Bar to allow the workbook links to function. If you don't, Excel keeps the most recent values and disables refreshing the links with values from the data workbook.

In the Add-ins box, find one of the add-ins you want to turn off and note the add-in type listed in the Type column. Select that add-in type in the Manage list, and select Go. Uncheck the boxes for the add-ins you want to turn off, and select OK. Repeat steps 1-4 for other types of add-ins.

View only unread messages in Outlook - Microsoft Support
Near the upper right corner of the message list, select Filter > Unread. Tip: The name of the filter button changes to Unread to indicate which filter is applied. When you want to remove the filter so that you can see all the messages in the current folder, simply click the Unread filter button.
