Text preferences in Immersive Reader. Choose from a wide variety of text and color options such as Text size, Text spacing, and Page themes to enhance your experience in Immersive Reader. Find these settings in Text preferences from the Immersive Reader toolbar. Text size: Under the label Text size, move the slider right to make the text larger; move it left to make the text smaller.

Note: If you receive a prompt asking whether to allow the app to access your camera (iOS) or to allow the app to take pictures and record video (Android). select Allow so the authenticator app can access your camera to take a picture of the QR code in the next step.If you don't allow the camera, you can still set up the authenticator app as described in Manually add an account to the app.

If you need to edit the note, right-click the cell, and then click Edit Comment.If you're using Excel for Office 365, right-click the cell and choose Edit Note.. Replying or forwarding messages - You can have a different font on messages you're forwarding or replying to. This setting is mostly for the two check boxes that let you mark your comments with your name (or other text) or with a different color of text.

Cloud files can exist locally on the disk or be available online only. To choose the conditions for when inactive files are made online only, under Content will become online-only if not opened for more than: choose your preferred amount of time. Note that starting in Windows 11, version 22H2, the default for OneDrive cloud files is to make files online-only if not opened for more than 30 days.
