Whether you’re creating a new document or working on an existing one, Copilot can help you move forward. In a new, blank document or upon creating new line in an existing document, the Draft with Copilot experience appears.. The description you provide can be a simple sentence or a more complex request with outlines, notes, or referenced files that you want Copilot to use.

To increase security and performance, Windows 11 in S mode only runs apps from the Microsoft Store. If you want to install an app that isn't available in the Microsoft Store, or if you have Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise, or Education and want to upgrade to Windows 11, you'll need to permanently switch out of S mode.

Microsoft's products and services work best if you use the same language and region across all your devices, and in all of your app and Store settings.

If you want to stop a file or folder from syncing or backing up, you can pause the upload or download. See Stop syncing temporarily below for details.. If uploads or downloads with the OneDrive website are taking too long, or you selected the wrong files, they can be cancelled.

Note: If a document has been shared with you for review, you may not be able to turn off Track Changes.If you want to edit the document without tracking changes, you’ll need to either save a copy or ask the person who sent it to you to share it again with review mode turned off.

Turn on Find my device. When you set up a new device, you can decide whether to turn on or turn off the Find my device setting. If you turned it off during setup and now want to turn it on, make sure your Windows device is connected to the internet, has enough battery power so it can send its location, and that you're signed in to the device using your Microsoft account.
