The recommended (and easiest) way to get SP1 is to turn on automatic updating in Windows Update in Control Panel and wait for Windows 7 to notify you that SP1 is ready to install.

Multiple IF functions can be nested together to allow for multiple criteria. The Excel IF function statement allows you to make a logical comparison between a value and what you expect by testing for a condition and returning a result if True or False.

The COUNTIFS function is similar to the COUNTIF function with one important exception: COUNTIFS lets you apply criteria to cells across multiple ranges and counts the number of times all criteria are met. You can use up to 127 range/criteria pairs with COUNTIFS. The syntax for COUNTIFS is: COUNTIFS(criteria_range1, criteria1, [criteria_range2, criteria2],…)
