Troubleshoot audio and video in Skype for Business
Under Imaging devices, check that your camera is listed. If it's listed, make sure it’s enabled. If you see a Disable option, then the camera is enabled. If you don't, right-click and choose Enable.. If it isn't listed, or if there's a question mark or exclamation mark, you’ll need to reinstall the camera.
