Important: If your organization is using OneDrive for Business and SharePoint for meeting recordings, the IT admin should turn on Allow transcription in the Teams meeting policy and encourage users to start transcription in every meeting. This will make captions and transcriptions available in post-meeting recordings.

Create a team from scratch: Choose Teams on the left side of the app, then select Create and join teams and channels at the top of your teams list.

Turn on Find my device. When you set up a new device, you can decide whether to turn on or turn off the Find my device setting. If you turned it off during setup and now want to turn it on, make sure your Windows device is connected to the internet, has enough battery power so it can send its location, and that you're signed in to the device using your Microsoft account.

Protected messages allow the sender to set specific permissions on a message, such as Do Not Forward or Do Not Print. If you receive a protected email message sent to the work or school account you use with Microsoft 365 in Outlook or Outlook on the web, the message should open like any other message.
