Important: The Assistant will, in most cases, modify the registry and move files from startup folders used by Excel. Before you run the Assistant, make sure that you back up the registry and all files in startup folders used by Excel so that you can restore the registry and backed-up files if a problem occurs.

When you need to protect the privacy of an email message, encrypt it. Encrypting an email message in Outlook means it's converted from readable plain text into scrambled cipher text.

You can easily insert a check mark (also known as a "tick mark") in Word, Outlook, Excel, or PowerPoint. These marks are static symbols.
