Open Quick Assist. Select Help someone, then share the 6-digit code with the person you're helping.. After they've entered the code, wait for the person you're helping to allow the connection and share their screen. When you’re connected and helping someone, you can use different tools in Quick Assist if you like, such as a laser pointer, annotation, chat for typing messages, and more.

A popup window with a QR code will appear on your PC screen. In the mobile app on your Android device, select Link your phone and PC.When asked Is the QR code on your PC ready? select Continue.. You'll be asked permission for the app to access your camera.

Some PCs can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions. To find out if your PC supports this, select Settings > System > Display.Select Brightness, look for the Change brightness automatically when lighting changes check box, and then select it to use this feature.This automatic setting helps make sure your screen is readable wherever you go.

There are different ways to pin apps or shortcuts to the Start menu. For example: In the Search box on the taskbar or on the Start menu, type the name of the app you want to pin. Right-click on the app, then select Pin to Start . From Explorer, right-click on a folder and select Pin to Start For websites, open Edge and navigate to the website you want to pin.

You can remove a hyperlink from a single address, remove many links at once, turn automatic hyperlinks off, and turn off the requirement to press Ctrl to follow a hyperlink.
