For a black screen, use the following keyboard shortcut: Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B to reset your graphics driver.

Location history. Some Windows apps and services that use location info also use your location history. When the location setting is on, locations looked up by apps or services will be stored on the device for a limited time (24 hours), then deleted.

Use a code. Select Teams on the left side of the app, then select Create and join teams and channels at the top of your teams list.

Check the Xbox services, games, and apps for any service outages.

Select the View tab and, in Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and OK.

Sign out of your account and then sign in to your new account. If everything is fixed, move your personal data and files to the new account.
