Notes: If you don't see an option to Cancel, but instead see a link that says Turn on recurring billing, this means your subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and you won't be automatically charged after this date. To run a troubleshooter: Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, or select the Find troubleshooters shortcut at the end of this topic, and then select Additional troubleshooters.
