Using Image Creator. To use Image Creator, open Microsoft Paint and select the Image Creator icon on the toolbar to see the side panel.In the text box, enter a description of the image you want to create. Choose the mobile app. Open a browser on your computer and go to portal.office.com.Sign in to your Office 365 for business account.

Note: If you receive a prompt asking whether to allow the app to access your camera (iOS) or to allow the app to take pictures and record video (Android). select Allow so the authenticator app can access your camera to take a picture of the QR code in the next step.If you don't allow the camera, you can still set up the authenticator app as described in Manually add an account to the app.

After you create a chart, you might want to change the way that table rows and columns are plotted in the chart. For example, your first version of a chart might plot the rows of data from the table on the chart's vertical (value) axis, and the columns of data on the horizontal (category) axis.

Cloud files can exist locally on the disk or be available online only. To choose the conditions for when inactive files are made online only, under Content will become online-only if not opened for more than: choose your preferred amount of time. Note that starting in Windows 11, version 22H2, the default for OneDrive cloud files is to make files online-only if not opened for more than 30 days.

In the browser, go to Settings and more > Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge (edge://settings/help).. If the About page shows Microsoft Edge is up to date., you don't need to do anything.
