Tip: Instead of inviting people to share a notebook, you can create a special link to the notebook that you can then copy and paste into an email, into a text message, or onto a webpage.On the Send Link pane, click Copy Link.Keep in mind, access to this link is controlled by the access set for sharing at the top of the Send Link pane.

In addition to the File menu, you can turn this feature on or off right from the context menu of a One Drive or SharePoint-hosted Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document URL appearing in a Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook Windows application.
