Note To use many of the Xbox features within Game Bar, including Xbox Social features, you must have the Xbox app for Windows installed. To use Xbox Social features, sign in to Game Bar with your Microsoft account. Press the Windows logo key + G to open Game Bar, choose Settings > Accounts, select Sign in, and then follow the steps.

When you want people to know your message needs urgent attention, set the message as high importance. If the message is just an FYI, or if you’re sending mail to colleagues about a non-work related topic, you can set the message as low importance.

Know your limits Many email service providers set limits for the number of names that can be included in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes in a message. For example, your email service provider may limit each message to a maximum of 100 email addresses. Upload files or folders to OneDrive. You can store over 300 types of files on OneDrive. With Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome: Select Add new > Files upload or Folder upload > Folder.

From the Settings > Storage page you should see a breakdown of how much space each folder in your mailbox is taking.
