There are some common two-step verification problems that seem to happen more frequently than any of us would like. We've put together this article to describe fixes for the most common problems.

Important: Only site collection administrators, SharePoint administrators in Microsoft 365, and members of the site's default Owners group have permission to use the Access Requests page.However, if a user has been removed from Owners group, and is later granted Full Control permission to the site, the user will be denied access to the Access Requests page.

Change your default security info method. If you want text messaging to be the default method used when you sign in to your work or school account using two-factor verification or for password reset requests, you can set it from the Security info page.

Certificate authority (CA) A certificate authority is an entity similar to a notary public.It issues digital certificates, signs certificates to verify their validity and tracks which certificates have been revoked or have expired.

Add your work or school account. On your computer, note the Code and Url information on the Configure mobile app page.Keep this page open so you can see the code and URL.

Your account page is on Office.com. After you sign in, click the arrow next to your name, and then click My Account.

Argument name. Description. range (required). The group of cells you want to count. Range can contain numbers, arrays, a named range, or references that contain numbers. Blank and text values are ignored. Learn how to select ranges in a worksheet.. criteria (required). A number, expression, cell reference, or text string that determines which cells will be counted.

Use the OneDrive mobile app to backup your phone's camera roll to Microsoft OneDrive. Note that it does not sync photos - it's a one-time upload. This means that once OneDrive has your camera roll, you can delete photos and videos from your device, freeing up valuable space, and the copies in OneDrive won't be affected.

Try it! Keep track of everyone you communicate with by creating and editing contacts in Outlook for Windows. Once you’ve saved someone as a contact, you can type the first few letters of their name into an email, and Outlook for Windows will fill in their email address for you.
