Find the shared mailbox in the folder pane. In the folder pane on the left, locate the Shared with me folder. Click the folder to expand it. If you connected another display and it isn't showing in Settings, select Start > Settings > System > Display > Rearrange your displays, then select Detect. Arrange your displays.
