Open User Accounts by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking User Accounts and Family Safety, clicking User Accounts, and then clicking Manage another account .. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Note: If you don't see the option to Restore preinstalled apps, it means your PC doesn't have preinstalled apps configured. In Outlook, the message recipient can decline to send read receipts. There are other scenarios where read receipts are not sent, such as if the recipient's email program doesn’t support read receipts. There is no way to force a recipient to send a read receipt. Note: If you can't change the Camera access setting, you'll need an administrator on the device to turn it on for you. Allow access to the camera on this device. Make sure Let apps access your camera is turned on. This setting allows you to choose if any of your apps can access the camera. It doesn't set which specific apps can access the camera.
