Add your Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, Exchange-based email, or IMAP or POP email account to your Android phone or tablet using the built-in Android Email app.

Note: If either your Outlook.com mailbox or your OneDrive storage is full, you cannot send or receive email.Check your Outbox or your mailbox storage to see what's taking up space. Learn more.

Under Message organization, choose either of the options depending on whether you want to show email grouped by conversation or as individual message.. If you select Show email grouped by conversation, under Arrange the reading pane, select either of the options: Newest on top, or Newest on bottom, or Show each message separately.

View version history from within a Microsoft Office document. If you are working with a Microsoft Office document, such as a Word, Excel, orPowerPoint file, you can view version history from the app view rather than returning to the list or library to view the history.

If you want to save the envelope for reuse, click Add to Document, and then click the File tab, click Save As, and type a name for the document.. Word adds the envelope to the current document as Page 1. If you want, you can use the rest of the document for typing correspondence that will automatically be stored with the envelope.

Note: If you have previous activity history stored in the cloud before Windows 11 23H2 and 22H2, January 23, 2024-KB5034204 update, you can use the Clear activity history button to delete previously stored data in the cloud. Otherwise, your activity history will be automatically deleted within 30 days from when your data was last synced to the cloud
