Find safe mode and other startup settings in Windows 10
Here are some ways to get to it. Get to safe mode from Settings: Open Recovery settings. To open the settings manually, select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. Under Advanced startup, select Restart now. After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
