If the USB recovery drive doesn’t work on your Surface. If you can’t boot from your USB recovery drive or don’t see the Recover from a drive option, you may need to ensure that the boot-from-USB function in the Surface BIOS is enabled or configure the boot order so the USB drive is the first option. In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select Device Manager from the menu.

You'll see the logo screen on your screen. Continue to hold the Volume Up button. Release the button when the UEFI screen appears. If you have a Windows Pro/Enterprise device (not a Windows Home device), you can then toggle off Type Cover port from the Devices menu and exit UEFI. Re-enter UEFI (press power + Volume Up) and toggle Type Cover port back on, then check if the Keyboard works in UEFI.

Test your camera with the Camera app. Select Start , then choose Camera from your apps. If you're asked to allow access to the Camera, select Yes.If the camera works in the Camera app, the problem might be with the app you're trying to use.
