Internet Explorer 11 support ended on June 15, 2022. If any site you visit needs Internet Explorer 11, you can open it with Internet Explorer mode in Microsoft Edge.

If you're running Windows 8.1 or earlier, or if your PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11, consider moving to a new Windows 11 device. Find a PC that meets your needs. Set up your Microsoft account to transfer files and favorites. One account connects your device across Microsoft apps and services like Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Edge, and Microsoft Store.

Outlook won't accept my password. If you've forgotten the password for a Microsoft account, user our sign-in helper to get back into your account.. If you know you’re using the correct password for your email account but Outlook won’t accept it, you might have an email account that requires additional security.

Things to try first. Try these things first to help you fix or narrow down the connection problem. Run Get Help to troubleshoot and fix common connection problems. Right click the network icon in the right side of the taskbar and select Diagnose network problems or open Get Help for Network & Internet

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select Device Manager from the menu.

If you're trying to add your Outlook.com account to Outlook or another mail app, you might need the POP, IMAP, or SMTP settings. You can find them below or by viewing them in your Outlook.com settings.. Outlook and Outlook.com may be able to detect your account's mailbox settings automatically, but for other non-Microsoft accounts, you may need to contact your email provider for their settings.

To adjust power and sleep settings in Windows 11, select Start > Settings > System > Power & battery > Screen and sleep. Screen: Select how long you want your device to wait before turning the screen off when you're not using your device.
