Whether you want to create a booklet for an event or print out an ambitious book project, consider using the pre-built page settings for booklets that comes with Word.

You can easily insert a check mark (also known as a "tick mark") in Word, Outlook, Excel, or PowerPoint. These marks are static symbols. In your file, place the cursor where you want to insert the symbol.

Type three of the characters shown below, and then press Enter. The line is inserted for the full width of the page. When inserted into a column, the line is inserted to match the width of the column.

As you're getting your Microsoft 365 business subscription set up, you'll want to download and install your Microsoft 365 apps, like Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint, on your PC or Mac.

To open the On-Screen Keyboard. Go to Start , then select Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard, and turn on the On-Screen Keyboard toggle. A keyboard that can be used to move around the screen and enter text will appear on the screen. The keyboard will remain on the screen until you close it.

Important: Section breaks are different from page breaks.If you already have a page break before the page where you want to change the header or footer, remove a page break and replace it with a section break as shown below.

Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .bmp, .jpg, or .png. For information on how to use your scanner, use the manufacturer’s manual or Web site.

If you are planning to use Teams free or if you were a guest in an org, you can connect and collaborate by downloading and installing another version of Microsoft Teams (work or school) and signing in with your Microsoft account or the guest account where the invite was sent to.

Notes: If you know your password, but just want to change it, go to account.microsoft.com Security tab, and select Change my password. If you know your username and password but they have stopped working, read My username and password have stopped working.
