Customize app collections in the My Apps portal
If you customized the Apps collection but don’t like the changes, you can reset it back to the default view. This unhides any apps that have been hidden and resets them to alphabetical order. You can’t undo this action. You can reset the displayed apps to a default order in Apps, but not in other app collections.

Select Start , and then scroll through the alphabetical list on the left (if your Start screen is set to show as full screen, select All apps, and then scroll through the list). Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Apps & features in Settings. Select the app you want to fix. Select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Repair if it's available.

Make text and apps bigger - Microsoft Support
In addition to the text size, you can also make everything else on your screen bigger, including images and apps. To go to the Ease of Access settings on your computer, press the Windows key+U. Under Make everything bigger on the Display tab, expand the menu and select the option you want.
