Become a delegate or stop being a delegate in Outlook for Mac
Select the Exchange account that you will use to access the delegated items, select Advanced, and then select Delegates. Under Open these additional mailboxes, select Add . Type the name of the person who added you as a delegate. Select the person's name in the search results, and then select Add. Stop being a delegate for someone else.
