Select Start > All apps and search for the app in the list shown. Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall. Uninstall in Settings. This issue occurs if another send port that has Route Failed Messages enabled generates an ErrorReport, and if the message that is sent through the send port has AckRequired property set to "True". This is usually because the send port is being used by orchestration and delivery notification is set to "Transmitted".
