The files on your OneDrive are private until you share them. Keep in mind that when you share folders with Edit permissions, people you share with can add the shared folders to their own OneDrive.. If that doesn't work, or your camera is built in on your device, try this: Select Start , type device manager, then select it from the search results. Find your camera under Cameras, Imaging devices , or Sound, video and game controllers. If you can't find your camera, select the Action menu, then select Scan for hardware changes.

Select the file you want to share on your PC. Right-click on the file and select “ Share .”. Find Phone Link in the App Section of the share pop-up window. File sharing will start on your mobile device connected to Phone Link . Ensure Windows notifications for Phone Link are enabled to monitor the file sharing process in real-time.

Open the Camera in Windows. To open up your webcam or camera, select the Start button, then select All apps, and then select Camera in the list of apps. If you have multiple cameras, you can switch between them by selecting Change Camera at the top right once the Camera app is opened. Open Camera.
