When you get a new device and start up Windows 10 for the first time, the antivirus protection that comes installed with the device is your default security app.

If you’re an Insider and the current preview build isn’t working for you, select Start > Settings > System > Recovery .Next to Go back , select Go back.This won’t remove your personal files, but it’ll remove recently installed apps and drivers, and change settings back to their defaults.

Open the Camera in Windows. To open up your webcam or camera, select the Start button, then select All apps, and then select Camera in the list of apps. If you have multiple cameras, you can switch between them by selecting Change Camera at the top right once the Camera app is opened. Open Camera.

To access your sign-in options, go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.. Or just select this button: Go to Sign-in options. Change or manage your password or PIN. To change your password or PIN, go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options. Select PIN (Windows Hello), and then select Change PIN.

To check if Windows 11 is ready for your device, go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it. Note: Downloading and installing Windows 11 will most likely take longer than a typical Windows 10 feature update.

If that doesn't work, or your camera is built in on your device, try this: Select Start , type device manager, then select it from the search results. Find your camera under Cameras, Imaging devices , or Sound, video and game controllers. If you can't find your camera, select the Action menu, then select Scan for hardware changes.

If it is less than 2.0, your device does not meet the Windows 11 requirements. Option 2: Use the Microsoft Management Console. Press [ Windows Key] + R or select Start > Run. Type “tpm.msc” (do not use quotation marks) and choose OK. If you see a message saying a “Compatible TPM cannot be found,” your PC may have a TPM that is disabled.

If Windows Update finds an updated driver, it will download and install it, and your printer will automatically use it. If a device driver couldn’t be installed automatically, there may be an optional driver available that your printer can use.

RAM: 4 GB. If your PC has less than 4GB of memory, there are sometimes options for upgrading to get additional RAM. You may want to consult your PC manufacturer’s website or with a retailer to see if there are easy and affordable options to meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11.
