Windows 10 in S mode is designed for security and performance, exclusively running apps from the Microsoft Store. If you want to install an app that isn't available in the Microsoft Store, you'll need to switch out of S mode. Switching out of S mode is one-way. If you make the switch, you won't be able to go back to Windows 10 in S mode.

Here’s how: Check in quick settings: Select the Network, Sound, or Battery icons ( ) on the right side of the taskbar, look for the Bluetooth quick setting, then select Bluetooth to turn it on. You’ll see “Not connected” if your Windows 11 device isn’t connected to any Bluetooth accessories. Check in Settings: Select Start > Settings ...

To install Authenticator on your Android device. Scan the QR code. or download and install Authenticator from the Google Play store. Get the app.

To find the link for the driver you need, select the dropdown list below and then scroll through it to find the type of Surface you have.
