Learn how to use Remote Desktop in Windows. On your Windows, Android, or iOS device: Open the Remote Desktop app (available for free from Microsoft Store, Google Play, and the Mac App Store), and add the name of the PC that you want to connect to (from Step 1). OneDrive is your online cloud storage within Microsoft 365. It lets you store your individual work files that you don't want your colleagues to have access to unless you choose to share the files with them.

Step 2: Back up your folders. Windows Backup is an easy, single stop for all of your backup needs. Check the device. If the device doesn't appear to work at all (no lights appear on the device when it’s plugged in, or the cursor doesn't move or doesn't appear on the screen), connect the device to another PC and make sure the device works on that PC.

In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint Tip: If you don't see the SharePoint app under All apps, use the Search box near the top of the window to search for SharePoint.

To adjust power and sleep settings in Windows 11, select Start > Settings > System > Power & battery > Screen and sleep. Screen: Select how long you want your device to wait before turning the screen off when you're not using your device.

Game Bar is built into Windows 11 so you can capture videos and screenshots while playing PC games. While you're playing a game, press the Windows logo key + G on your keyboard to open Game Bar. If you have an Xbox 360 or Xbox One controller plugged in to your PC, press the Xbox button. If necessary, select the Capture icon to open the Capture widget.
