When Smart charging is on, you’ll see a heart on the Battery icon in the following places—on the right side of the taskbar and in Power & battery settings. When your hover over the Battery icon with your mouse, it says “Fully Smart charged” and means the battery isn’t charging even though your device is still plugged in.

Windows 10. To turn off your PC in Windows 10, select the Start button, select the Power button, and then select Shut down.

How to set your time and time zone. Windows 10. In Date & time, you can choose to let Windows 10 set your time and time zone automatically, or you can set them manually. To set your time and time zone in Windows 10, go to Start > Settings > Time & language > Date & time. Open Date & time settings.

Download a calendar template: Browse through the calendar templates, choose an Excel calendar template that is best for you. Click the Download button on the template page, open the template file in Excel, and then edit and save your calendar. Note: By default, a template file download goes into the Downloads folder on your computer.

Select Start > Settings > System > Sound. In Input, select the microphone that you want to test. In Input settings, look at Input volume while speaking into the microphone. If the bar moves while you speak, your microphone is working properly. If don't see the bar moving, go to Test your microphone and select Start test.

To temporarily work around this issue, move the Msdia80.dll file to the Drive:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VC folder. Then, type the following command at a command prompt to register the Msdia80.dll file: regsvr32 driver:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VC\msdia80.dll
