If you see a message about an incompatible app. Update the app: Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Then, select the Learn more or update instead link to visit an article explaining the compatibility issue. The article will direct you to your software provider's website, where you can update your app to a version that's compatible with the latest version of Windows.
