Using the color filter settings on Xbox Series X|S consoles or Windows devices, players with color blindness or color vision deficiency can apply filters that improve the visual experience when gaming or watching TV or movies.

A common solution to most issues is restarting your device. This is different than simply shutting it down. Shutting the device down will preserve the problem, while a restart will reset all connections.

We recommend only using the included stick adjustment tool for this procedure, but if you don't have it on hand, you can also use a slotted screwdriver (3.0mm or SAE 3/32” work best). To avoid damaging the controller, use low force when applying the tool. To request a replacement tool:
