Devices running Windows 11 version 22H2 and older. If you're running Windows 11 version 22H2 and older, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7 or any other earlier OS version, your device will not be affected by the MSDT Troubleshooter retirement.

Cause. The device has no drivers installed on your computer, or the drivers are configured incorrectly. Recommended Resolution. Update the Driver. In the device's Properties dialog box, click the Driver tab, and then click Update Driver to start the Hardware Update Wizard.Follow the instructions to update the driver.
