If you receive an email notifying you of unusual activity, you can see when and where your account has been accessed—including successful sign-ins and security challenges—on the Recent activity page. Microsoft learns how you usually sign in to your account and flags events that are suspicious.

If you already have a Microsoft account that you use to sign in to other Microsoft services (such as Windows, Outlook, OneDrive, Office, MSN, and Skype), use that account to create your Xbox account as well.

Text preferences in Immersive Reader. Choose from a wide variety of text and color options such as Text size, Text spacing, and Page themes to enhance your experience in Immersive Reader. Find these settings in Text preferences from the Immersive Reader toolbar. Text size: Under the label Text size, move the slider right to make the text larger; move it left to make the text smaller.

Notes: The formatting options that appear in the Formatting tab depend on the data you have selected. If your selection contains only text, then the available options are Text, Duplicate, Unique, Equal To, and Clear.When the selection contains only numbers, or both text and numbers, then the options are Data Bars, Colors, Icon Sets, Greater, Top 10%, and Clear.

Use the XLOOKUP function to find things in a table or range by row. For example, look up the price of an automotive part by the part number, or find an employee name based on their employee ID. Cloud files can exist locally on the disk or be available online only. To choose the conditions for when inactive files are made online only, under Content will become online-only if not opened for more than: choose your preferred amount of time. Note that starting in Windows 11, version 22H2, the default for OneDrive cloud files is to make files online-only if not opened for more than 30 days.
