There are some common two-step verification problems that seem to happen more frequently than any of us would like. We've put together this article to describe fixes for the most common problems.

The best way to get familiar with teams and channels is to pick a team and channel and start exploring! Select Teams on the left side of the app and then pick a team.

After you export your contacts, use Excel to open the CSV file and check that there's data. When you close the file, Excel will prompt you a few times with "are you sure you want to save it in CSV format?"
