If your PC isn’t able to find or install updates, the Windows Update troubleshooter might be able to fix the problem. Select the Start button, and then select Control Panel. In the search box, enter troubleshooter and then select Troubleshooting from the list of results.

To specifically identify and remove ONLY the duplicate items created by the incident, set DupGlobalObjectIDs=true and all other tests to false and save the calcheck.cfg file. Tip: To ensure all values except for the DupGlobalObjectIDs are set to false, use the Edit | Replace feature in Notepad to change them all from true to false.

Note: The TEXT function converts numbers to text, which may make it difficult to reference in later calculations.It’s best to keep your original value in one cell, and then use the TEXT function in another cell. Then, if you need to build other formulas, always reference the original value and not the TEXT function result.

Note: Don't select the link under Upgrade your edition of Windows. That's a different process that will keep you in S mode. In versions of Windows 10 prior to version 2004 this feature was called Fresh Start and to use it you'd select Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Defender > Device performance & health .
