Tip: To quickly share with specific people, you can type in their name or email and then use the pencil icon to the right of the Name, group or email field to select Can edit or Can view.Then follow the same steps below to share with the specific people you listed. A workbook is a file that contains one or more worksheets to help you organize data. You can create a new workbook from a blank workbook or a template. By default, a new workbook contains three worksheets, but you can change the number of worksheets that you want a new workbook to contain. You can also add and remove worksheets as needed.
