Select your profile picture at the top right of Teams. When your account manager opens, select your profile picture again.

To change notification settings for individual senders, under Get notifications from these senders, turn a notification sender either on or off—or select a sender's name and then turn on or turn off notification banners, lock screen privacy, turn notification sounds on or off, and set the priority of notifications.

Tip: Outlook.com allows you to have multiple email addresses associated with a single account, and you can choose which email address you send mail from. Creating alternate addresses to use on websites or apps that force you to register can help keep your personal email address out of the hands of marketers and hackers.

Important: Reassigning a combination of keys means that you can no longer use the combination for its original purpose.For example, pressing CTRL+B changes selected text to bold. For the website(s) you would like to allow scripting, enter the address within the Add this website to the zone text box and click Add. Note: If the address does not begin with "https:", you many need to uncheck "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone".

Voice typing. In Windows 11, dictation has been updated and renamed as voice typing. Like dictation, voice typing uses online speech recognition technologies to power its speech-to-text transcription service. You no longer need to turn on the Online Speech recognition setting to use voice typing.
